On Sunday 24th of September 2023, Ms. Neera Dukhi, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana attended the reception on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which was held by H.E. Mr. Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid Al Saud Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the State of Kuwait, where she had the opportunity to have met with H.E. Sheikh Salem Abdullah AL-Jaber AL-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs in the State of Kuwait.
