H.E President Dr. Irfaan Ali Expresses His Condolences on the Passing of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah

On behalf of the Government and people of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, I extend sincere condolences to the Government and people of the State of Kuwait on the unfortunate passing of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait. His Highness will be remembered for the role he has played in leading his country towards a progressive path of economic development. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Kuwait, especially his family, at this sad time of national mourning.
