Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Guyana to the State of Kuwait, His Excellency Amb. Troy Torrington paid courtesy calls to several missions to further Guyana’s robust foreign policy objectives.
Firstly, on Wednesday, 21 May 2025, he paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Mr. Almanhal H. AlSafi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Iraq to the State of Kuwait.
Then on Monday, 26 May 2025, He visited the embassy of the United Mexican States, where he met with His Excellency Eduardo Patricio, Ambassador of the United Mexican States.
Also on Monday, he met the recently appointed Ambassador of Sri Lanka, Lakshitha Pradeep Ratnayake.
During the courtesy calls, discussions were held on mutual areas of interest and cooperation between Guyana and their respective countries.
