His Excellency Dr Irfaan Ali and a team of Government officials, including Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Honourable Hugh Todd, attended a virtual Heads of the Government High-Level CARICOM meeting this afternoon.

The Guyanese delegation that convened at the Office of the President also included Foreign Secretary Robert Persaud and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mrs Elizabeth Harper.
